Details:

Air conditioner compressor and pulley, alternator power steering pump pulley off the donor engine. Gm part number is suitable.

See pictures. Looks like the factory cast aluminum big-block set-up that gm never offered, but should have. This assumes the use of 1994 truck brackets listed above and belt routed inside idler as shown below. Kit contents: seven high quality 6061-t6 heat-treated aluminum adapter plates, produced by computer controlled ultra-high-pressure water jet.

The idler pulley can be omitted if desired. Note: a good reason to use 1994 truck parts is that the compressor will r134a refrigerant water pump pulley off donor engine. If the idler is not used, a 96 belt should be used.

Mounting the plates attach to three accessory holes on each head and two pairs of either side timing chain cover block. Note: both 3/8 and 7 16 bolts are included for the passenger side head, since holes vary different years. The passenger side bracket should include idler and pensioner.

A reverse rotation water pump off of engine. Also notice the zigzag pattern ribs at top of drivers side bracket under alternator. These are the brackets shown below.

This is considered a long pump, and from block to pulley mounting surface. A new thermostat housing may be needed to allow the upper radiator hose clear alternator. The Chevalier shown below is using a swivel-neck housing. He can supply the brackets.

The belt surface must be smooth. Upper radiator hose will probably need to change, but your vehicles stock lower hose, may work sorry, tuned port v8 brackets don't. Long bolts go through the brackets and plates thread into outermost holes on both cylinder heads.

Adapt readily available early 90s small block Chevy v8 or 4. Notice that the passenger side bracket does not have an arm for mounting air pump. Gates belt number k060970 or equivalent 6-rib.
